Example Support Request​
Subject: Unable to import CSV file
Workspace ID: ws_abc123
Issue: When I try to import a CSV file of properties, the import fails with error "Invalid format".
Steps:
- Go to Properties > Import
- Select file "properties.csv"
- Click Upload
- Error appears: "Invalid format on row 5"
