Getting Started​

How do I create a workspace?​

  1. Sign up at app.propertybase.ai/signup
  2. Verify your email
  3. Enter your agency name and choose a subdomain
  4. Start using PropertyBase!

Can I import data from another system?​

Yes! PropertyBase supports importing:

  • Properties and units (CSV)
  • Leads and contacts (CSV)
  • Custom data via API

How do I invite my team?​

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter email and select role
  4. They'll receive an invitation email

Do you support two-factor authentication?​

Yes! 2FA is available for all plans using:

  • Primary: AWS (US-East)
  • Backup: AWS (EU-West)
  • Daily backups retained for 30 days

Can I export my data?​

Yes, you can export all your data anytime:

  2. Click Export All Data
  3. Choose format (JSON, CSV)
  4. Download archive

Billing​

How does billing work?​

  • Monthly plans are billed on the same day each month
  • Annual plans are billed once per year (with ~13% savings)
  • You can upgrade or downgrade anytime

Can I cancel anytime?​

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Monthly: Effective end of current month
  • Annual: Access continues until period ends

Do you offer refunds?​

  • Annual plans: 14-day money-back guarantee
  • Monthly plans: Non-refundable, but you keep access until period ends

What payment methods do you accept?​
