Managing Your Subscription​

Viewing Current Plan​

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. View:
    • Current plan
    • Billing cycle
    • Next payment date
    • Usage metrics

Upgrading Plans​

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select new plan
  4. Confirm and pay difference

Upgrades are prorated - you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.

Downgrading Plans​

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select new plan
  4. Confirm changes

Downgrading may disable features. Review carefully before confirming.

Changing Billing Cycle​

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Billing Cycle
  3. Select new cycle
  4. Confirm and pay/refund

Payment Methods​

Accepted Methods​

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
  • Debit cards
  • Bank transfer (Enterprise)

Adding Payment Method​

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter card details
  4. Save

Updating Payment Method​

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods
  2. Select existing method
  3. Click Update or Remove

Invoices​

Viewing Invoices​

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Invoices
  2. View all past invoices
  3. Download PDF versions

Invoice Details​

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number
  • Billing period
  • Plan details
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method used

Invoice Emails​

Invoices are automatically emailed to:

  • Workspace owner
  • Billing contacts (if configured)

Usage & Limits​

Current Usage​

View your usage metrics:

Users: 12 / 20
Properties: 45 / Unlimited
API Calls: 8,500 / 50,000 (daily)
Storage: 2.5GB / 10GB

Overage Handling​

If you exceed limits:

  1. Warning notification sent
  2. Grace period provided
  3. Upgrade required or access limited

Tax Information​

Tax Configuration​

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Tax Info
  2. Enter:
    • Company name
    • Tax ID / VAT number
    • Billing address
  3. Save

Tax Exemption​

For tax-exempt organizations:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Tax Info
  2. Click Tax Exemption
  3. Upload exemption certificate
  4. Wait for verification

Cancellation​

Canceling Subscription​

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Provide feedback (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation​

  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • Data retained for 30 days
  • Can reactivate anytime
  • Export data before expiry

Data Export​

Before canceling:

  1. Go to Settings > Data
  2. Click Export All Data
  3. Download your data
  4. Verify completeness

Custom Agreements​

Enterprise customers can have:

  • Custom pricing
  • Annual contracts
  • Purchase orders
  • Net payment terms

FAQ​

Q: Can I pause my subscription? A: Yes, you can pause for up to 3 months. Data is retained.

Q: Are refunds available? A: Annual plans have a 14-day refund policy. Monthly plans are non-refundable.

Q: How do I add billing contacts? A: Go to Settings > Billing > Notifications and add email addresses.
