Quick Start Guide
Get your PropertyBase workspace set up and ready to use in just a few steps.
Prerequisites​
Before you begin, you'll need:
- A valid email address
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
Step 1: Create Your Account​
- Go to app.propertybase.ai/signup
- Enter your email address and create a password
- Verify your email by clicking the link we send you
- Complete your profile information
Step 2: Create Your Workspace​
After signing in, you'll be prompted to create your first workspace:
- Enter your Agency Name
- Choose a subdomain (e.g.,
acme-realty.propertybase.ai) - Select your timezone and default currency
- Click Create Workspace
tip
Your subdomain becomes your unique URL. Choose something memorable and professional!
Step 3: Configure Basic Settings​
Navigate to Settings to configure your workspace:
Branding​
- Upload your company logo
- Set your brand colors
- Customize your email templates
Currency & Localization​
- Set your default currency
- Enable additional currencies if needed
- Configure date and number formats
Notifications​
- Set up email notifications
- Connect Slack for team alerts (optional)
Step 4: Add Your First Property​
- Go to Properties in the sidebar
- Click + New Project
- Fill in the basic details:
- Project name
- Location
- Property type
- Description
- Click Create Project

Step 5: Invite Your Team​
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select their role (Admin, Agent, or Viewer)
- Click Send Invitation
