Quick Start Guide

Get your PropertyBase workspace set up and ready to use in just a few steps.

Prerequisites​

Before you begin, you'll need:

  • A valid email address
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

Step 1: Create Your Account​

  1. Go to app.propertybase.ai/signup
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Verify your email by clicking the link we send you
  4. Complete your profile information

Step 2: Create Your Workspace​

After signing in, you'll be prompted to create your first workspace:

  1. Enter your Agency Name
  2. Choose a subdomain (e.g., acme-realty.propertybase.ai)
  3. Select your timezone and default currency
  4. Click Create Workspace
tip

Your subdomain becomes your unique URL. Choose something memorable and professional!

Step 3: Configure Basic Settings​

Navigate to Settings to configure your workspace:

Branding​

  • Upload your company logo
  • Set your brand colors
  • Customize your email templates

Currency & Localization​

  • Set your default currency
  • Enable additional currencies if needed
  • Configure date and number formats

Notifications​

  • Set up email notifications
  • Connect Slack for team alerts (optional)

Step 4: Add Your First Property​

  1. Go to Properties in the sidebar
  2. Click + New Project
  3. Fill in the basic details:
    • Project name
    • Location
    • Property type
    • Description
  4. Click Create Project

Step 5: Invite Your Team​

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role (Admin, Agent, or Viewer)
  5. Click Send Invitation
